Stroller Struts is a Parent-and-Child outing that incorporates exercise with play. Participants will meet outside of ICH and walk or jog to the Brianna Kindness Park. Kids will play at the park before heading back to ICH. Free and open to the public. Registration not required.
Gentle Yoga is designed to be an easier for of yoga without the complex poses. $10 public; Free for Village Neighbors members.
