A 1/2 hour stretch and movement group activity using a chair to assist in balance. Open to all Village Neighbor Members free, non members pay $10. The class will start at 11:30 every Tuesday

Stretching based on everyday movement. Taken from easier gentle yoga poses. Taught by Lisa Wallace of the Chincoteague Yoga Collective. Participants are encouraged to bring mats. Extra mats will be available. Free for members of the Village Neighbors program.
