Gentle Yoga is designed to be an easier for of yoga without the complex poses. Participants can expect more relaxed stretches and gentle movements as they restore resilience in muscles, emotions and thoughts. Taught by Lisa Wallace of the Chincoteague Yoga Collective. Participants are encouraged to bring mats. Extra mats will be available. Free for members of the Village Neighbors program.
