We will continue on Church Street, turning onto Willow, before dropping back down on Mumford and returning to ICH. Participants should wear closed toe shoes and comfortable clothing. A vision board uses images and words to create a visual representation of a roadmap of your dreams and desires. Wellness expert Corinne Coppola, will lead you in designing a roadmap of your desired future that will inspire you to make the small shifts that will help you live your best life. Individuals will team up and each team will prepare and cook one of three soup recipes provided. At the end of the class, we will enjoy a meal of the freshly prepared soups with a salad, and bread. Participants will then split the remainder soups up and be able to take all three soups home with them!
Support a super cause during the Super Bowl! Famous Pizza will generously donate back to ICH on all take out and dine in orders (delivery orders not part of fundraiser) during 2/11/24.
