Island Community House is centrally located in downtown Chincoteague at 6246 Mumford Street. The facility rental can be used for meetings, conferences, fundraisers, corporate and private parties, and special events.

Island Community House can be reserved for up to 45 people, is ADA accessible and boasts a commercial kitchen, WI-Fi, large screen TV.
