Part 3 of the Living With Alzheimer’s Program for Caregivers we’ll be exploring finding, engaging and monitoring care options. In Person. Free. Registration Required. Register for each program individually.

Wear your spookiest yoga costume! Blacklight, nontoxic paint, and glow bracelets/necklaces will all be provided. Prizes awarded for the best paint & costume! Maximum of 15 students. $45/person, pre-pay at ICH.

We are opening up ICH to participate in the Homes for the Holidays Tour & Sale on Saturday, December 2nd. This registration is for Craft Vendors to set up in ICH from 11am-4pm that day. Individuals will team up and each team will prepare and cook one of three soup recipes provided. At the end of the class, we will enjoy a meal of the freshly prepared soups with a salad, and bread. Participants will then split the remainder soups up and be able to take all three soups home with them!
December’s Sweet Bites: Holiday Cookies! Try your hand at baking Mz. Baker’s featured dessert of the month! Participants will be provided with all ingredients and instruction and will go home with extra to snack on! Registration is required.

Travel around the world with author and National Geographic explorer Dan Buettner to discover five unique communities and investigate the diet and lifestyles behind longevity. After the program, discuss how we can implement small changes to our lifestyles to improve overall health and wellbeing.
